I went to KDTS for help in trying to restore functionality to my Xbox Series X. Ciaran was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and timely with his repairs and replacements. Ultimately, the long-term damage to my console was greater than the repairs that were performed, but the diagnosis and future steps that Ciaran provided me was incredibly beneficial.
